A Georgia man, Ryan Quinton, has been accused of killing his newlywed bride few hours after they walked down the aisle.
Ryan, 28 was allegedly drunk when he crashed his Pontiac Firebird, sending his new bride Kali Dobson, 25 flying out of the car and the vehicle came to rest in an embankment, on top of her.
The incident took place on December 29 in Cherokee County, about 30 miles northwest of Atlanta.
Tests showed Quinton had a 0.114 blood-alcohol level, above the state's .08 limit.
Ryan originally told police officers that he'd seen a dog on a rural highway when he swerved out of the way and lost control of his car.

The Georgia State Patrol issued a warrant for his arrest earlier this week and he was charged with DUI, weaving over a roadway, reckless driving and vehicular homicide.
He was later released on a $25,000 bond.
