It's the Tripple Boost pants for men which features padding in the crouch area and removable air cookies designed to enhance the appearance of a man's package. (See before and after pic above).

It was created by Ann Summers and comes in black, ivory and red and will be launched on April 1 2014. So from April this year, don't be fooled ladies, that bulge you see may just be a cover for a mini me...lol. But do men really need this?
