James eni-okosun, is a Lagos born Nigerian who hails from Edo state the western part of the country. He is a professional chartered Civil/Structural engineer and holds a Master's degree in Structural engineering. He is a corporate member of his professional bodies in time past and of such are Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigeria Institute of Structural engineers, a member of COREN, Institute of Civil Engineer-Uk, American Society of Civil Engineers and many more….

Enny has been in love with music since years back when he started learning drums and singing in the church. He actually started as a novice way back in his former church under so many music directors/choirmasters. However, he started his musicalcareer professionally after receiving a touch from the Holy Ghost sometimes in 1999, which gave him power and strength to write lyrics on his own and put them to songs. The gift grew along with age until he found himself recording some of the songs in the studio. To add credit to his work and talent, he had ministered in songs both far and near in various churches, weddings, birthdays, special occasions, couple's night etc.. across the country most especially Lagos, Nigeria with his band and have met with couple of good Nigerian artistes such as Late Pa Sunny Okosuns of blessed memory, Easy Okosuns, Buchi, Psalm Ebube, Mike abdul, Lara George, Kenny saint best, 2face idibia, Kenny ogungbe, Sammy okposo,FunsoAdeolu, Doris Simeon, ARA,Nosa,MojisolaAdeniji, Bolaji Sax,Psalm Ebube,KunleAjayi, Esther Igbekele and many more….

Furthermore, his stage name ennyokosun was coined out from my middle name-eni and hisFirst album title 'IN HIS DEATH IS MY BIRTH' is a complete set of gospel/inspirational songs which involves rythms like reggae, highlife, worship which was released in 2010.

Being a patriotic Nigerian, ennyokosun decided to drop another hit single titled 'WAVE UR FLAG'  to celebrate our independence in October. A song to bless our country, 'NAIJA' as popularly nicknamed and he hopes his fans across the globe will love it…….download and enjoy the video directed by a renowned DjTEE
