Nigeria’s Former Petroleum Minister, Rilwan Lukman Dies

A former Minister of Petroleum, Rilwanu Lukman is dead. The former minister who was in office under the regime of Late Yar'Adua died this morning in Austria at the age of 76. The cause of his death has not been disclosed.
