An 11-year-old boy was given a hero's goodbye by doctors at the hospital where he died
Even in death, this boy managed to save lives after he was diagnosed with brain cancer and had a short time to live.
He donated his organs to the hospital he was being treated in shortly before he passed away.
This brave and admirable act earned him a bow from the doctors in the hospital, the photo of act has gone viral on the internet.
