A 42 years old, Obese Christopher Mitchell, stashed cocaine and marijuana in
his flesh – but was eventually found out when cops pulled him
over for motoring offences.
Mitchell, who is reportedly known as "Biggie" and "Fatboy", was a
passenger in a car but was questioned by cops because he was
too large to wear a seatbelt.
Officers became suspicious when he began acting nervously as
they spoke to him regarding the minor motoring offence.
A drugs dog was brought to the scene raised the alarm.
Police found cocaine and 23 grams of marijuana hidden under
Mitchell's stomach fat.
A search of the vehicle found a .380-caliber semi-automatic
handgun and more than $7,000 (£4,124) in cash stuffed into a tube
sock.
The officers also noticed vehicle's boot and interior were sprinkled
with carpet freshener and scented dryer sheets, a common tactic
used to conceal the odour of drugs when they're being transported.
The driver, Keithian Roberts, 38, of Sanford, and Mitchell, of
Deltona, Florida were both arrested.
Roberts was charged with possession of cocaine, and Mitchell was
charged with possession of marijuana and also was cited for not
wearing his seat belt, according to Volusia County Sheriff's Office
in Florida.
In 2002 Mitchell was convicted for conspiracy to traffic cocaine.
At the time he was 14 stone lighter.
