His on/off relationship with Selena Gomez is back on at the moment but that doesn't mean Justin Bieber can't look at other women.
The 20-year-old pop star was thrilled to hang out with Wiz Khalifa's wife Amber Rose on Thursday and after begging her for a picture, he couldn't take his eyes off her magnificent cleavage.
A snap he posted to Instagram shows Justin looking directly at Amber's chest while she smiles for the camera and Amber – who calls herself Muva – captioned a picture on her own social networking site with the words,
'The Biebs @justinbieber wanted a pic with Muva and I him. He's a sweetie pie.'
