Ashley Cole Under Police Investigation For Assaulting MTV Presenter Donatella Panayiotou

Former Chelsea footballer Ashley Cole is being quizzed by the LAPD for assaulting MTV presenter Donatella Panayiotou.
Cole was partying with a host of celebrities at Hollywood nightclub Lure including former teammate Shawn Wright-Phillips, rapper Drake and singer Brandy.
According to a witness, one minute Cole and Donatella were drinking happily and the next Cole was pouring champagne over herhead.
It is claimed Cole shouted: 'You know what that is for!' and that Donatella was pushed and shoved.
Donatella has reported claimed to Los Angeles Police Department which has confirmed it will investigate the allegation of 'battery' – the U.S. equivalent of assault.
Yesterday she told the Sunday Mirror: 'There was an incident and it is now in the hands of the police
authorities following a formal complaint of assault against Ashley Cole.
Sources claim Cole had recently been dating some of Donatella's friends.
