9years Old Drives Car to Visit His Grandma

A 9-year-old child with a 4-year-old in the backseat, drove a car several miles to visit their grandmother's house in Washington County, authorities said
"I saw one little kid, real little kid probably (around 4 years old) or somewhere in there. The other kid, I really didn't see the other kid, but the one kid was in the back seat. Some bicycles (were) back there that were pulled out and that was about it," said witness Terry Weissenborn.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office said the children ended up in the parking lot of Wegner's Cedar Lake Inn. The children apparently took an open car with keys inside from a boat dealership off Highway 33.
