Odom's life had gone downhill since his marriage to Khloe, going from being the NBA's Sixth Man of the year to getting cut by the Clippers, alongside various drug abuse battles.
After an extremely short spell in Spain, Odom is back in the NBA signing with former manager Phil Jackson's New York Knicks in a non-guaranteed multi-year deal.
Odom has also finally caved in to Khloe's demands f0r a divorce and will begin divorce proceedings.
"There was a time when Lamar said he would never give up ongetting back together with Khloe, but he recognizes she hasobviously moved on," a source toldRadarOnline.
"He will tell his attorney to submit a response to Khloe's divorce petition. It isn't expected to be a long drawn-out divorce, since there is an iron clad prenup in place.
