OAP Tolu 'Toolz' Oniru has told NET she was never contacted for anyMaggiendorsement deal, following reports that she was considered to represent the brand.
Two weeks ago, another OAPToke Makinwawas unveiled as a product ambassador for seasoning brandMaggi Chicken(produced byNestle Nigeria). Sources say Toolz was initially considered to rep the brand but lost out to Makinwa because the latter is a married woman and would better fit the brand.
'This is still news to me, I've never had any discussions with Nestle about this and have never been approached to be their brand ambassador—not sure how my name entered the issue,'Toolz told NET correspondent.
