BOWEN University To Start Wearing School Uniforms

BOWEN university had a riot in the school which lead to a lot of dictructions, after the riot in BOWEN University Iwo, the university administration has asked students to sign an undertaking which includes accepting all punishments meted to them like cutting grass and also
comply to wearing uniform and sandals. Any say on this???
