OOOps!!! ‘I thought I was carrying yam tubers’-Driver arrested with 30,000 live cartridges

A bus loaded with cartons of 30,000 pieces of live cartridges concealed with tubers of yam and bags of yam flour has been seized by the officials Nigeria Customs Service and the driver, Adegoke Abdulrahman, arrested.
It was gathered that the cartridges were well concealed making it hard to suspect foul play but the well trained customs officials working along Saki-Ago Are led by Superintendent of Customs, A. Okoi, left
nothing unsearched after which they discovered the contraband.
According to Okoi, the alleged owners had fled on sighting the customs officials but the driver was caught.
