President Bill Clinton Caught In The Act

Former US president, President Bill Clinton is in another brouhaha, and this time its hilarious. He was caught looking at stunning brunette Ari'elle Avdali's assets at Jerusalem's Mount Herzl National Cemetery.
Apparently unaware that a selfie was being taken, Clinton is seen looking downwards at Avdali's chest while she looks at the camera.
She shared the hilarious pic which has since gone viral with the caption: "Billy boy checking on my tatas."
To heap more misery on poor Bill and his wandering eye, Avdali's friend posted it on social media site Reddit saying: "President Clinton didn't realize my friend was taking a selfie with him."
President Bill Clinton has been in a previous scandal tagged 'The Lewinsky scandal' which was a political sex scandal that emerged in 1998, from a sexual relationship between United States President Bill Clinton and a 22-year-old White House Intern, Monica Lewinsky.
The news of this extra-marital affair and the resulting investigation eventually led to the impeachment of President Clinton in 1998 by the U.S. House of Representatives and his subsequent acquittal on all impeachment charges of perjury and obstruction of justice in a 21-day Senate trial.
