The post appears to have come from Solange Knowles' verified Twitter account, though it also could have been altered. Solange's representative says it has been doctored. The rep has confirmed the update did not come from the singer's Twitter account.
"I can confirm that Solange did not tweet that; that is not a real tweet," the representative said in a statement toTMZ.
