American rapper Armando Christian Pérez, better known by his stage name Pitbull who is also a Latin Grammy winning artist from Miami,has filed a lawsuit against bosses at a liquor company in a bid to prevent them from using his name on their product.
The Timber hitmaker is suing executives at E. & J. Winery &New AmsterdamSpirits Companyover a vodka recipe called The Pit Bull.In the lawsuit, the 33 year old states his name has been trademarked since 2000and theuse of it on the new product is affecting the marketplace.
He is now seeking all profits made from his name and also wants 'Pit
