The foxy mom, 27, the newbie, a boy like his big brother born in September 2012, and dad, Beverly Hills, 90210 star Brian Austin Green are all A-OK.
Fox, who burned up the screen as a mechanic in the first Transformers, kept the second pregnancy under wraps as she filmed her role in the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles last summer.
Fox reported having a tough second pregnancy, especially in the first trimester.
Fox grew up on the Treasure Coast and became a football and basketball cheerleader at St. Lucie West Centennial High School.
She set out for Hollywood in 2003.
Fox ended up starring in two Transformers then lesser known flicks like the cartoonish Jonah Hex and sex-soaked Jennifer's Body. She's getting top billing as April O'Neil in Turtles, which is currently slated for release in August.
