US War College Responds On The Buhari Certificate Issue

In the brouhaha of the 2015 elections, a lot of individuals have been challenging Buhari to show his certificates proving he is an educated man.
The US War College which Buhari claims to have attended responded in a letter to enquiries explaining that Buhari obtained a diploma programme as the Masters programme just began in 2000.
