Nine Year Old Girl Accidentally Shots Her Instructor

A shooting instructor, Charles Vacca, 39 died on Monday after he was shot at the Last Stop shooting outdoor range in Arizona by a nine year old girl he was tutoring on how to use an automatic Uzi gun.
The girl was alleged to have lost control of the gun as it recoiled and jumped skyward hitting her instructor.
Investigators say details of the incident was seen on a mobile video recorded by the girl's parents who were present at the range.
Vacca died of his injuries in Las Vegas at the University Medical Center he was airlifted to after the incidence.
