Will and Jada Smith's 13 year old daughter, Willow, was photographed in bed with her friend, 20 year old actor, Moises Arias, who is shirtless in the pic. Many feel it's inappropriate because she's just 13 though Willow and the Disney actor have been friends for a while.

The pic was shown to L.A law enforcement who say there's nothing "sexual enough" in the pic to raise concern. Do you think it's inappropriate?
