Setting a Guinness World Record is always impressive. Taking a selfie is, well, some people say it's everything that's wrong with the world. So setting a record for most selfies taken in an hour is probably a wash. But when it's for a good cause, it's cool in our books.

This is Mark E. Miller and Ethan Hethcote. They're bloggers and boyfriends, who have partnered with Mission Smile to spread positivity. "The act of taking a selfie is showing how happy you are," Ethan says. "It's showing that happiness and spreading it."
Last weekend, they visited Miami and hit the beach in an attempt to break the world record for Most Selfies Taken With Other People in One Hour. Guinness official Kimberly Patrick explained to The Miami New Times, "The way this works is it's not just one person taking photos of themselves, but they have to have a different person in each photo that they take."
And then Mark was off! The boys picked a good city to attempt their record, apparently Miami is the third most selfie-obsessed city in the world (after Makati, Philippines, and Manhattan, N.Y.–thanks for that survey, Time!)
In one hour, Mark managed to take…
355 selfies! That's one selfie ever 10 seconds. A new world record!
Naturally, they celebrated by taking a selfie
